JPMC users running into issues with URLs that do not have the JPMC subdomain

JPMC users that create bookmarks that do not have the JPMC subdomain or leave their browser open on a shipping screen when their cache is cleared (happens automatically over the weekend), are presented with form prompting for e-mail address that cannot authenticate them properly.
Is there a way we can keep the JPMC subdomain in the URL to prevent situations from this sending them to the wrong authentication page?

    Georgi, can someone on the JPMC site test this as I have been assured a fix was put in place for this some time ago.

    After testing for 6 days, I have not been able to replicate the issue. It has been suggested by others a fix was put in place for this, but I may not have been notified.

    As soon as the SSO login completes, and the user is landed on the main screen the jpmchase. prefix to the URL is dropped. I will add another screen shout when the session times out and presents the user with the standard PB login screen.
