Mailroom users need access to multiple locations to support existing locker workflow

The existing Chase locker subscription 050 has users associated to multiple locations to support Chase’s larger facilities where one group manages the locaters that are part of a large center or campus. The JPMorgan Chase & Company PSE subscription presently only supports 1 location / user which is managed by the HR data feed for user creation and JIT which updates the user’s role and location every time they login with the data from the SSO platform.

It is suggested that we need to fill this operational gap and allow users to be assigned additional locations to support the same locker activity. The first location will still be set by the HR data import and will be maintained by JIT, but additional locations can be assigned and managed by Chase using the user administration screens.
