Older shipments are not getting their status automatically updated in history. If a user opens a shipment tracking is initiated and status is updated.

After researching this issue, it has been found that several things were contributing to shipments not being updated. To combat these issues an extended tracking schedule has been proposed. Details of research and proposal in ETT IS00102566.
