Cost Account Import generates errors on Name Field

JPMC has 224058 Cost Accounts that can not be imported due to the following error:

Invalid request: Account Name can't contain any of the following special chars ~ ` ' ^ & - = \ | { } [ ] “ ; < >

Please review and see what can be done to support these characters. Attached are the errors from the import attempt.
