JPMC International Shipping Feedback
When selecting any other pre-programed package type other than document, Rates & Services only allow Non-Doc as option.
Would be beneficial to see full list of shipping options.

This is signed off per Georgi, but making it clear that this is not about packaging types.
As explained this packaging option is available in My Packaging section, if you review my last comment it does contain information on when the design was reviewed with JP team and after providing sign off, we went ahead and implemented it. It is now available in UAT, if you need more changes, it will considered change request.
This workflow was reviewed as design proposal to JPMC team by PB, this related to doc, non-doc workflow which will be applicable to all US and Global countries for DHL Express as a carrier. PB team is working on implementing the doc, non-doc workflow.

Meting held with PB/JPM and it was agreed that a box would be provided to be able to select doc or no doc before selecting packaging type

If we can select correct type of shipment, so we get the correct service and rates for documents and non documents.
For all packaging types we need the ability to select documents and non documents
We need to ability to select doc's or non-Docs for all packaging sizes.
only non doc rates are visible when my packaging is selected even when the packaging size is doc size. so when creating packaging if option is there to select doc or non doc then it would help to identify what packaging refers too
