    As discussed we will have a document option in the packaging section as sent over by Steve, merging this with Steve's idea.

    JPM want the ability to create the four different types of documents for shipments. Needs to be default settings. You can currently create all of these in my DHL for any type of packaging.

    Hi Behic Ahmet,

    I saw you are testing EMEA region - can you explain a bit more, if my understanding is correct you are not able to create any shipment whether domestic, international, non-document or document?
