We provided the demo on the call hosted on 13th April. This functionality is available by using Ship Another from history and is available for testing in UAT and sign-off.
JP Team has asked PB to remove ship request - given in another ticket (CIS-I-51) - please check - this capability is removed, check how you want it to be done? You can test now and mark it complete.
Not at this point, we use DHL Express APIs directly - so when we complete the label we actually hit the DHL Express system. You can use a reprint label if you misplace the label or cancel and generate a new one.
We do have a feature called Ship request - which in earlier feedback JPMC requested to be turned off. When you use ship request, you basically save your shipment request and if later you feel like making changes you can then do batch/bulk printing through it. If JPMC would like to explore the 'Ship Request' option or would like a demo - please let us know during the demo call we will set up with Dhanuka.
JPM confirms completed
