JPM - Ross needs to confirm Roles and Responsibilities TBC including non DBS and DBS locations
PB team is moving this to the planned state - to provide documentation and training from our end on the different roles - 4 roles we have similar to the US like Supervisor, user, Mailroom, and Support.
Documentation and training - the difference between what Admin vs Users can do.
We are not replicating all MyDHL features, its a DHL UI product, we do not get any information via APIs on what you set on myDHL site. Most of the features listed, are one way or other supported within PB solution, you can test and check the same within test environment.
