If I bill to recipient it does not let me see rates and services, is that normal?
It doesn’t let me select multi-piece

Now that Brazil is ok to test, It should let me add a Brazilian address on sender ?

Hi Jane, I dont think this can only be tested in the production environment, my response in green:
If I bill to recipient it does not let me see rates and services, is that normal? - That is normal and I dont know why that would be happening, if you would like to demo/recreate the scenario on the call scheduled for Monday 5th June that would be great. You should be able to test in sandbox/PPD environment.

It doesn’t let you register phone with the + code - We mentioned that its a good to have and PB is not picking up this change. You should be able to enter + code in the fields there is no validation and if still facing an issue then please demo on Monday call.

Will users be able to track shipment trough SendPro or directly in DHL?- Yes as mentioned in https://jpmcshipping.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CIS-I-75 you will be able to track parcels and this can be only tested in production. If this is only open item then I will mark this ticket duplicate.
JPM can only test in production version
