JPM need PB to add import accounts information in the tool.
Plus provide capability to generate import shipments label (pick up/collection) and feature to approve DHL E-secure validation requirement for import accounts.
Whenever the shipper is non JPM address then a trigger for approval is made in e-secure

JPMC has said can be closed
PB will not be able to provide this feature in pilot release or otherwise. This needs to be CRD change request. Jane please take up with Theo as required, import accounts can be present in your HR feed and we will allow users to ship via them but we can't have additional API integration to support this without Change Requests in the system as this was not part of original SOW which we signed.

Hi Jane, as per the discussion with Ross, if I remember correctly, PB does not have to do any changes to our platform to support this. If my understanding is correct, kindly confirm and close this. If not, please detail out what is required.
