Previously UPS and FedEx did not have the terms of sale field on the Additional Customs Information screen. Now that both carriers have this field JPMC wants the default Terms of sale to be set to DDP as it is for DHL.

Batch Shipments under Shipping and Postage History is unclear as to what is found in this tab. Ship orders related shipments do not appear under this tab. Can an info tag be added to this tab to describe what appears under this tab.

JPMC require adding a text indicating that the document is not a shipping label. Example is attached.
