When checking rates, we are not able to choose Domestic Service (error: 3009: Adress Validation failed) As it is not possible to select Choose Service for Domestic, is not possible to Print the Shipping Label.

USPS required customs information for domestic shipment. Confirm USPS should not require for domestic shipments

Change icon for Create Shipping link to demonstrate multiple courier options

Update phraseology to All Carriers (recommended) to denote the recommended selection is All Carriers for Rate Shop usage.

Highlight the Service Selection on Rate Shop screen to make it more evident to which option was selected.
