Service rate and total amount difference

When we use Rate Shop we are facing difference in the service cost and totals. See attached screenshot. Can we know why there is difference?

Address book update

Global address book get updated if user edit any of the records. If user edit any of the global address book records, should create new record in the private address book not to update the original global address book

Recipient email address

What is the validation criteria? We have noticed no check been done with email addresses, not even format.

Multi-piece shipment button

We have noticed bug when you click twice on the Multi-Piece button, it activate both Single and Multi and you are not able to proceed forward.
