    Hi Jane, We going to use this ticket to exchange the files. I am uploading the below and will be sending you an email notification to check this ticket out and download it on your end. I need JP Team to provide input on the following:

    1. HR feed - Has the latest HR feed with the legal entity available to us in the SFTP location or even as a file dump? Can you share the file sample with us as a comment on this ticket?

    2. Latest Feedback file - Feedback list 04.13.2023 - I have exported the entire feedback from the tool. I have added a delivery date from our end on each ticket. I have color-coded it as follows:

      1. Green - Where the JP team has made the last comment that the work is complete.

      2. Yellow - Where PB has completed the work, we want the JP team to test in UAT and provide a sign-off.

      3. Blue - Where PB has completed the work, and we believe can only be tested in the production environment.

      4. Rest all tickets - Are either in in-progress, planned, or need clarification state. In front of all in-progress tickets, we have a tentative date from the PB side.

    3. Domestic Services - We need a mapping of services filled by each country on both domestic and international sides. We have received feedback from the JP team that they need more services that they use domestically which was out of our list sent in the first meeting. Attaching the excel file which we request the JP team to fill and attach back as a comment to this ticket - DHL Express Service Mapping - JPMC.

    4. Roles & Permissions JPMC - I need a final copy of Roles & Permissions. I am attaching the excel here - please fill and provide it back. You can make a decision to add a new role or even delete the existing one and update as you want.
