JPMC does not want all users to be able to see recipient lists. They might contain private or confidential information. They want recipient lists to be limited to the user, like private address books.

Ship Orders V3: Address Errors cause data from import to be lost
Address Errors such as line X exceeds Y characters (too long) causes carrier, service, item content, and international details that were provided in the import to be lost. This appears to happen most often with international shipments.
