DHL should not be available for US to US shipments . PB please verify DHL does not 'offer' for domestic NAMR in-country shipments.

When a US to non-US destination shipment is rated, DHL is not returning rates.

FedEx rates being returned are not JPMC rates. Likely due to UAT rates. PB please confirm the rates will be JPMC rates in Prod release.

Applies to NAMR only - Return labels are permitted when the destination is outside of the United States. Return label options should only be available for domestic US to US shipments.

Currently it appears return label options have to be actioned in the settings. This should be a checkbox or option on the main shipping page easily located.

Freight Costs are needed on commercial invoice. Currently it returns as $0.00 for these options. See attached evidence.
