Multi-Recipient rate shop prices should be JPMC's negotiated rates, not retail rates
JPMC's needs to see their actual, negotiated carrier rates in the rate shop, not retail. Note: this is separate from CIS-I-242, which is about the sort order of the multi-recipient rate shop results. Getting the rates right is higher priority.

JPMC does not want their users to see FedEx Freight rates. This only affects shipments that are heavy enough for Freight rates. This item is related to CIS-I-209.

Full address book is displayed, when the service is limited to US address only. We are not able to select international address, but all visible. JPMC understanding is that those address which are not available for selection should not be displayed.
