Shipment History for support shows all users history but no option to see only shipments by user; more prevalent for supervisor/support roles that would see multiple users' shipments.

This happens when the Recipient list admin control "Require all new recipient lists to be private" is checked. When unchecked the private check box in the address book search re-appears after doing a refresh of the browser.

Georgi reports: Print to pdf, below Print Shipping Label button, text displays on Support role, but not on other.
